July 2026 · Reply to Texts & More

Reply by email — When a parent texts your camp, reply straight from the notification email and Campflow sends it back to them as a text. No need to open Campflow to respond.
Record refunds on expenses — Log money returned on an expense and keep your budget accurate. Each refund links to the original expense, so your category totals stay right.
Fit a report to one page — Shrink a roster to a single printed page with one checkbox.
Delete a draft broadcast — Clear out drafts you no longer need.
Hide one-off messages — Filter the broadcast list to hide individual messages, so it’s easy to find your real broadcasts.
Receipt and invoice reading — Upload a receipt, invoice, or payment screenshot and Campflow reads the amount, vendor, and category for you to review before saving.
Add a camper without leaving the registration form — Already-registered families can add another camper right on the same form, no separate flow needed.
Choose how a refund was returned — When you record a refund, pick how the money actually went back (Zelle, check, etc.) instead of assuming it matched the original charge.
More formatting in the broadcast editor — Add dividers, change font size and color, or strike through text when writing emails and texts.
Sort bunk rosters — Sort each bunk’s camper list by name, school, teacher, or grade, and reverse the order with one click.
Per-camper deposits on payment plans — Charge a fixed deposit once per camper instead of once per family, capped so no camper is charged more than they owe.
More room on manual refunds — When you record a refund, chargeback, or return manually, the amount can now exceed the original payment, with a note instead of a hard stop. Refunds processed directly through Campflow still cap at the original amount.
Autopay warning on camper rejection — Rejecting a camper whose family has autopay now warns you so you can pause it first.
Notes and photo size in exports — Add a Notes column to exports and choose small, medium, or large profile photos on rosters and labels.
Merging families keeps custom fields — Merging duplicate families now carries over custom field values too.

June 2026 · Instant Texting, Smarter Payments & Reports

Get a number and start texting the same day — No more waiting a week for carrier approval. Your number goes live on Campflow’s approved messaging account right away, then moves to your own account automatically once it’s approved — same number, no extra charge.
Scheduled broadcasts — Pick a date and time and Campflow sends your email, text, or call automatically. We email you once it’s sent.
Broadcast to your staff — Send emails and texts to staff members, not just families.
Your camp name on every text — Outgoing texts now start with your camp’s name, so parents always know who’s reaching them.
Check and Zelle amount detection — When a check photo or a Zelle or Venmo screenshot is uploaded, Campflow reads the amount and flags it if it doesn’t match what was entered — or if the image doesn’t look like a real payment. You and the parent both see the warning right away.
Import a payment from Cardknox / Sola — Made a charge directly in Cardknox / Sola? Pull it into Campflow by its confirmation number and record it against the family, fees and all.
Upcoming Autopay preview — See the next scheduled charges and the projected balance right on a family’s profile.
Voice calls connect instantly — We removed the delay at pickup, so your recorded message plays the moment someone answers.
QR codes on cards, labels, and rosters — Add a scannable code to any camper printout. Scan an admission card at check-in to pull up that family’s page, or point it to their registration or payment page.
Group any report by any field — Break a roster into sections by grade, bunk, city, or any custom field, with a count for each group.
Email admission cards to parents — Email cards straight from the print and export screen. The emailed card now looks exactly like the printed one, logo and all.
