April 2026 · Forms, Voice Broadcasts & More

  • Custom forms — Build forms with any combination of fields, send them via broadcast or link, and have responses sync back to family and camper records.
  • Voice broadcasts — Send voice messages as automated phone calls. Upload audio, record in-browser, or use text-to-speech.
  • Per-recipient message preview — View the exact personalized message each person received in a sent broadcast.
  • Duplicate broadcasts — One-click duplicate of any sent broadcast to create an editable draft.
  • SMS reply notifications — Get email alerts when parents reply to your text broadcasts.
  • Mass document export — Export uploaded documents in bulk as a ZIP or merged PDF, grouped by family, type, or bunk.
  • Chargebacks and returned checks — Automatically detected from the payment processor and recorded on the family ledger.
  • Deposit per camper — Set a required deposit per camper in addition to per-family deposits.
  • Autopay with payment plans — Select predefined payment plan amounts when setting up Autopay.
  • Sticky table headers and columns — Headers stick on scroll; the first column pins on horizontal scroll.

  • Saved reports — Save any print/export setup (filters, fields, format) for one-click reuse.
  • Print and export for families — Labels, contact lists, and Excel exports now available from the families list.
  • Payment plans — Define installment schedules that parents choose during registration. Campflow charges automatically on each due date.
  • Broadcast filter upgrades — Target broadcasts by grade, bunk, term, approval status, or any combination.
  • Send broadcasts to all contacts — Reach families from previous seasons, not just the current one.
