Families Overview
The Families page is the heart of Campflow. It’s where you manage every family in your camp — their contact information, addresses, camper enrollments, finances, and documents. When you log in, this is the first page you see.
From here you can browse your full family list, add new families, open a family’s detail page to edit their information, and take bulk actions like sending statements or merging duplicates.

How Families Work
Section titled “How Families Work”Each family record stores the parents’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home address. Within each family, you add campers — the children who attend camp. Each camper has their own enrollment details (grade, term, bunk assignment) that are tied to a specific season.
Families persist across seasons. When a new season starts, you don’t need to re-create families — returning families are already in the system, and you just enroll their campers for the new season. Campflow tracks whether a family is new or returning and shows a badge on each family row so you can tell at a glance.
Most families arrive through registration — parents fill out your registration form and the family appears in your list automatically. But you can also add families manually whenever you need to.
