• Families & Campers — Keep track of every family, camper, parent contact info, emergency contacts, and enrollment details. See everything at a glance on the Families table and Camper table.

• Grades & Bunks — Organize campers into departments, grades, and bunks. Assign counselors. View and print rosters.

• Staff — Manage your staff members, track assignments, and keep contact info organized.

• Payments & Billing — Record payments, set up Autopay, send statements, manage payment plans, and track your camp’s finances in one place.

• Broadcasts — Send email, text message, and voice broadcasts to families. Filter by grade, bunk, approval status, or pick specific families.

• Forms — Create custom forms to collect information from families — health forms, trip permission slips, surveys, and more.

• Registration — Open online registration for parents. Collect family info, documents, and payments all in one form.

• Reports — Run financial, enrollment, and camper reports. Export data to Excel or PDF.

• Import — Bring in existing data from spreadsheets so you don’t have to start from scratch.
