Campflow started because we were tired of the same problems every season. Clunky registration, scattered spreadsheets, payments that didn't track, and no good way to reach families. We looked at the existing tools and none of them felt right. Too complicated, too expensive, or clearly built by people who never ran a camp.

So we built our own. Campflow is camp management software that handles registration, billing, payments, and communication in one place. It's straightforward, it's affordable, and it works because it was built by people who actually ran camps.

We've been around since 2023, and we serve sleepaway camps, day camps, and bungalow colonies across the country. We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're focused on doing the core things really well and making sure you never have to fight your software to get work done.
